This status indicates the phase your order is currently in. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Below, we explain what each status means.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Awaiting payment<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your order has been placed, but we have not yet received your payment. As soon as the payment is received, we will start processing your order. <br\/><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">On hold<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your order has not yet been released for production. Your files may have already been submitted, but they still need to be checked and approved. We will contact you if we need anything else from you. As long as your order has the status &#8220;Holding&#8221;, it is not yet in production. As soon as your files are approved, you will receive an email with an order confirmation.    <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In progress<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The files have been checked and approved.<br\/>Your order is currently being produced and can no longer be changed.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Completed<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Production is complete.<br\/>Your order is ready and on its way to you. As soon as the track and trace information is available, you will receive it via email. You can also find it in your account.   <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancelled<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your order has been cancelled. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunded<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your payment has been refunded to your account.
